  • How long will my order take?
    If the product is in stock it will ship within 1-2 business days, check out our shipping map to see shipping time estimates. For custom orders the timeframe will be discussed during the quote process.
  • Where does the wood come from?
    We source our lumber from a local hardwood distributer, from there we purchase the best lumber from across the globe, but most of our lumber is from North America. Some lumber we use is from local downed trees and is milled/dried in house.
  • Is the finish safe?
    Yes! most of our products are coated in a food safe bowel finish, if not when epoxy or polyurethane is fully cured it is considered food safe.   • Can I get a different design for an existing product?
    Yes! head to our Custom order page to request a quote and describe what you’re looking for.
